Job Description
- Manage the fulfillment inbound & outbound process
- Review logistics performance with customers against targets and service agreements
- Lead projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Receive and proceed stock into the inventory management system
- Improve operations through consistent hard work and dedication
- Use coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule
- Resolve issues, improved operations, and provided exceptional service
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements between parties
- Use critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions
- Use Microsoft Word and other software tools to create documents and other communications
- Identify issues, analyzed information, and provided solutions to problems
- Understand customers’ needs and take action to ensure that such needs are met.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 Years of proven experience as WMS Specialist
- Deep understanding of Warehouse Management System guidelines
- Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
- Good knowledge of data analysis
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
