Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The role includes overseeing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring accurate stock movement, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, and dispatching goods)
- Manage and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and warehouse activities
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply flow
- Report issues and suggest improvements to management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Good knowledge of inventory procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move heavy items if needed
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
- Knowledge of Odoo preferred
