Job Description
- Strategically manage warehouse operations in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Optimize inventory control procedures to maintain transparency and minimize overstocking.
- Implement effective warehouse safety and handling procedures.
- Establish and maintain operational metrics to monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Recruit, train, guide, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Prepare annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
