Job Description
Daily operations and customer service:
- Check all customer’s requests via the email and respond momentarily.
- Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, or demurrage charges, using a computer or price list.
- Coordinate Deliveries or shipment orders to the onsite team and provide customer storage instructions.
- Organize shipping as per customer request, either via warehouse fleet or freight brokers or customer trucks.
- Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped.
- Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes on WMS.
Audit:
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and report discrepancies to management.
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Using Microsoft Dynamics or WMS, or similar Apps.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain.
- English level c1 to c2.
- lives near the 6th of October City.
- Available for 3 pm to 12 am shift
- Excellent communication skills.
