Job Description
- Follow and implement warehouses policy.
- Control daily operational tasks in terms of warehouse transactions; tidiness, safety and security, reports and cooperate with other concerned dept.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they match the purchase order and meet quality standards.
- Review and/or engages in preparing for the quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory audit.
- Maintaining 100% accurate inventory records and updating them in both documents and Oracle system.
- Monitor and manage the warehouse store area to ensure better, efficient and safe utilization of space.
- Creation and analysis of periodical Stock / Inventory Reports to management.
- Maintain high level of Coordination with Management & sub stores.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience of 4 – 8 years.
- Oracle Experience will be preferred.
- Excellent command of MS office specially Excel.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software, databases and reporting to management is a MUST.
- Contractor background is a MUST.
- Excellent Command of English language.
- Sharqia Governorate residence only
