Job Description
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.

- Moderate and manage communication flow to ensure a consistent brand voice and timely responses.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Use courier software to schedule, track, and manage shipments.
- Ensure accurate order processing and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with courier companies to solve delivery issues and delays.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Good / Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in handling social media messaging for customer service is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with courier and warehouse management software (e.g., Aramex, DHL, FedEx systems).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
