Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Good / Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in handling social media messaging for customer service is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with courier and warehouse management software (e.g., Aramex, DHL, FedEx systems).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
