Job Description
- Monitor and control warehouse inventory through WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP systems.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain records of stock levels, item movements, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily tasks with warehouse supervisors and floor staff.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods.
- Conduct cycle counts and support full inventory audits.
- Assist in resolving order issues, such as shortages, overages, or damages.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, transportation, customer service) to align supply chain activities.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (typically 1–3 years minimum).
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory management best practices.
