Administer and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS enhancements and resolve system-related issues.
Monitor daily warehouse operations and provide technical support to end-users for WMS-related queries.
Analyze warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and deliver WMS training sessions for warehouse staff and new users.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all WMS activities.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
Participate in WMS upgrades, testing, and documentation of new features or changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in warehouse management.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within WMS platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with warehouse and IT teams.
