Job Description
- Administer and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS enhancements and resolve system-related issues.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations and provide technical support to end-users for WMS-related queries.
- Analyze warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and deliver WMS training sessions for warehouse staff and new users.
- Generate and analyze WMS reports to support inventory management and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all WMS activities.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
- Participate in WMS upgrades, testing, and documentation of new features or changes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in warehouse management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within WMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with warehouse and IT teams.
