A leading construction company is looking to hire an experienced Electromechanical Project Manager for a major project located in the New Administrative Capital.

Job Description:
• Lead and supervise the execution of electromechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, BMS, etc.) on-site.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between different engineering disciplines and ensure integration with civil and architectural works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Handle subcontractors and suppliers related to electromechanical scope.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to senior management.
• Attend project meetings with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
