Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of electromechanical projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and interpret electromechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve technical issues, and manage change requests.
- Supervise site execution to ensure work meets engineering standards and specifications.
- Lead procurement efforts and manage vendor/subcontractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate handover procedures and commissioning activities.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience managing electromechanical or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, power systems, control systems, and electromechanical equipment.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
