Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project plans.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
  • Oversee procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure all MEP installations comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate project handover, commissioning, and close-out activities, ensuring all documentation and as-built drawings are completed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of experience in MEP project management or a related engineering field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple MEP projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within construction projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle full-time, onsite responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities at a mid-level career stage, with experience supervising teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands require.
