Job Description
• Assist the MEP Manager in managing and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
• Supervise site execution teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Monitor the project schedule and ensure timely progress of MEP activities.
• Manage material submittals and approvals in coordination with procurement and project management.
• Participate in technical meetings and provide solutions for on-site challenges.
• Prepare daily and weekly technical progress reports for the MEP Manager
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project or similar tools
• Cross-functional experience in electrical and mechanical
• Interdisciplinary project handling
• Managed both HVAC and electrical teams
• Supervised mechanical and electrical packages
