Take your career to the next level as a Sales Manager, leading RPM’s Cairo-based sales team to accelerate revenue growth by building and optimizing our affiliate network, negotiating strategic partnerships, and executing performance campaigns that exceed KPIs. Working closely with senior leadership in the US, you’ll identify areas for growth, optimize programs and drive ROI. This role is designed for a strategic and ambitious professional who is eager to make a lasting impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of Business Development representatives, Account Executives, and Affiliate Managers.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Lead RPM revenue strategy, including recruitment, activation, optimization and retention of high-value buyers and partners.
- Own revenue and ROI targets for the verticals (legal, insurance, debt, and home services) and build plans to exceed them.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with affiliates, publishers, influencers and media buyers that align with business goals.
- Negotiate complex deals, media buys and custom integrations with top-tier buyers and partners.
- Develop and manage incentive structures, commission models and partner promotions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, LTV and conversion rate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including media, product, legal and creative, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to review performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and process reports and updates accurately and on time.

Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Key Requirement: Fluent English Proficiency (written and verbal) to Negotiate complex deals with US partners and Present performance reports to US executives
- Ensure 100% compliance with English-language legal contracts
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with existing contacts in the affiliate space.
- Strong business sense and experience in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally with a focus on lead generation, direct response or DTC brands.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategy.
- Experience managing junior team members or working cross-functionally with leadership.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based culture where experimentation and accountability are key.
