Job Description
- Process payroll for all employees in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain and regularly update payroll records, employee documentation, and related files
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Prepare detailed reports for internal reviews, external audits, and management use
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings
- Utilize HR software systems to manage payroll operations efficiently and securely
