Job Description
- Partner w/HR Director to plan, organize, execute and participate in recruiting.
- Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
- Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for work with organization based on JD’s
- Conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short-listed candidate for the Mgrs. round of interview.
- Liaise with HR teams to apply the most updated talent programs including capability assessment based on competency models and learning agility questionnaires.
- Develop and implement an orientation program for new staff members along with other concerned functions to ensure an effective onboarding process.
- Developed and maintained up-to-date Job Descriptions for all positions through a comprehensive job evaluation exercise.
- Updated and maintain the organization structure and charts for all depts.
- Participate in all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies and outsources(headhunters) if needed.
- Prepares and conducts staff performance evaluations, including communicating and discussing the results with direct Supervises.
- Conduct exit interview for resigned employees and submit the turnover analysis report.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field. HR Diploma is preferable
- Experience: With minimum 7-10 years of experience in this field where it is mandatory to have at least 5 years of extensive experience in construction field. Extensive experience in recruitment and team leading. Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures.
- Other skills: Personal computer and use of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and other required application.
