Job Description

- Distribute and follow up the tasks with the team.
- Collect the needed reports of the team for review and audit.
- Prepare the needed reports to be presented to the Deputy.
- Assure the communication with the Buying team & System matches the logistics manual. 
- Maintain the Order’s standards to assure compliance with GOEIC.
- Receive the Orders’ contracts from the Buying team and prepare the needed reports to be confirmed by the Buying committee.
- Receive the Order Confirmation from the supplier for validation of the Order.
- Assure the shipping instructions’ compliance with the GOEIC & customs standards to be communicated with the supplier.
- Monitor the GOEIC registration of Product/Trademark/origin country.
- Coordinate the pick-up schedule with the supplier & the freight forwarder.
- Assure the data uploaded on NAFEZA matches the criteria.
- Send the shipping instructions to the Supplier.
- Assure the Product, Trademark, and the Country of Origin are registered.
- Follow up with the third parties to prepare the Quality Certificate/ISO and WIPO.
- Communicate with the Supplier to schedule the Ready Goods delivery.
-  Receive the Proforma from the supplier and communicate the cost with the Finance and Buying team.
- Communicate with the third parties to prepare the needed documents (Quality Certificate, WIPO, Packing List, Certificate of Origin or EURO 1, ILACK, Bill of Lading).
- Assure all the needed documents/procedures uploaded/took place on CargoX.
- Send the packing list to the Warehouse, Finance, Buying, and System.
- Communicate the Certificate of Origin, ILAC, Insurance Certificate, Bill of Lading, Form 4, and Form 6 with the Broker.
- Participate in the uploaded data on NAFEZA. 

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field
  • Very good English.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Cargo & Nafeza are highly preferred.
  • Preferred experience in the retail field.
  • High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Advanced MS Office application user.
  • Very good communication skills.
