Job Description
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients with no prior revenue history with the organization.
- Generate and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Transition new business into loyal, repeat customers.
Sales Execution
- Assess customer needs and prepare tailored proposals to address them.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to handle objections and close sales.
Knowledge & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security products, services, and vendor offerings.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on major accounts in security systems.
- Proven experience in the Egyptian security systems market (mandatory).
