Job Description
Project Planning & Initiation
- Understand project scope, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates from the presales team.
- Obtain internal approvals to proceed and define project tasks, resource allocation, and schedules.
- Identify project risks and upload relevant documents to Odoo.
- Assign and coordinate resources, ensuring the installation and maintenance manager is involved in project details.
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Oversee procurement, supply, and payment follow-ups until final delivery to the customer.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings with customers and provide updates.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Management
- Review project performance and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical project issues and risks.
- Ensure alignment between project execution and the company's strategic objectives.
Project Closure & Reporting
- Ensure completion of all deliverables and proper project documentation.
- Follow up on invoicing, payment collection, and final project closeout.
- Provide reports on project performance, lessons learned, and recommendations for process improvement.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and immediate response to their inquiries.
- Ensure all customer requirements are met while proactively addressing any issues to prevent complaints.
- Communicate project progress effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure transparency in project execution through regular reporting and status updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in physical security systems.
- Proven ability to supervise and develop Project Managers while ensuring operational excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high levels of efficiency.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
