We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to assist in company growth and help in building very attractive environment that can catalyze company employees' passion about work. The successful candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits and compliance with local social security regulations.
Job Role:
- Assist in development and responsible for implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, conducting initial interviews, participating in hiring decisions.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation and training.
- Maintain organizational charts, job leveling, and job description.
- Collect performance KPIs, develop evaluation templates, plan evaluation sessions and record results.
- Participate with the management in planning and implementing education plans.
- Enhance job satisfaction by applying new perks, and implement benefits and awarding programs.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with all government laws and social security regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Most importantly, help the organization in continuing its mission of building a cooperative, healthy and passionate environment for all of its employees.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a background in almost all areas of HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, employment government regulation and proven experience in handling all social security requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels in the organization.
- Excellent in English: speaking, reading, business writing.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Additional HR training is a plus.
