Located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, within walking distance to Souq Waqif, Museum of Islamic Art and a short distance to the business district, West Bay.At Mandarin Oriental, Doha we welcome colleagues with the passion to deliver the best service and exceed our guest’s expectations.Main ResponsibilitiesTo understand and assist in the preparation of the hotel Human Resources Budget and Business PlanTo provide specialised Human Resources support (coaching, counselling, performance management etc) to Department Heads and colleagues in order achieve the hotel strategic business objectivesTo assist, develop, implement and adhere to corporate & hotel Human Resources policies and proceduresTo ensure that all Human Resources administration procedures are carried out in accordance with hotel and Legal requirementsTo complete day to day personnel administration in response to requests and action plansTo follow the Recruitment plan, ensuring all internal and company candidates are given fair considerationTo ensure cost effective methods of recruitment are utilised at all times and all stakeholders that the hotel is working in partnership with are kept up to date on a regular basisRequirementsMinimum 2 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environmentA minimum of 3 year’s experience as an HR Manager International Experience with GCC and/or Doha preferred Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management or Human ResourcesHas worked with an HR Information System and Recruitment SystemAble to learn and apply local laws effectively within a reasonable time frameIf you are interested in joining our team apply today!
