Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following
You will be required to interact with customers, gain feedback and understand their concerns and future Temporary Works requirements.
You support and initiate Go-to-market processes, product re-launches, and product exits.
You conduct country-specific product trainings and represent Doka at construction industry events such as exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.
You monitor and analyse competitors, construction methods, and trends, and conduct market studies to identify opportunities for new Doka products and services.
You provide advice to country teams regarding Doka products and their optimized usage, and adjust documents from the Group Product Management to meet country market requirements for new product introductions.
You oversee and manage the region product portfolio, streamlining country product portfolios to improve the quality of local standard items and ensure alignment with internal standards.
You lead assigned region product initiatives within the framework of the 'Locally Specified Article Process,' guiding development teams through all phases of the respective projects.
You collaborate closely with Procurement Middle East Africa & Asia Pacific to jointly work on innovations and synergise on resources.
Qualifications
Technical/ Civil Engineering qualification, ideally degree
Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Previous experience of Doka or other formwork systems would be of benefit
Proven understanding of customer needs and strong analytical skills
Jobsite experience
Solid communication and presentation skills in English
Ideal Personality
Pro-active and convincing, self-confident appearance, engaged personality
Hands-on mentality
Creative, innovative and enthusiastic character
Interested to work in an international environment and travel regularly
