Job Requirements
- Test Strategy & Planning: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar to ensure efficient and scalable testing processes.
- Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing for complex scenarios, including exploratory and usability testing, to identify edge cases and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or TestRail, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- API Testing: Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured to validate backend functionality and integration points.
- Performance Testing: Execute load, stress, and scalability testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to ensure platform reliability under high demand.
- Security Testing: Collaborate with security teams to validate the platform against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., OWASP).
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the team.
