What You Will Be Doing
Create curated lists of potential resellers, ranked by how likely they are to generate revenue using insights from AI tools
Build tailored onboarding experiences that get resellers ready to sell our AI products quickly and confidently
Turn newly onboarded partners into active sellers who close deals and stay engaged in our AI-driven ecosystem
What You Won’t Be Doing
Managing underperforming legacy partners who aren't ready to embrace AI-driven sales
Following outdated channel playbooks focused on quarterly reviews and relationship maintenance
Waiting for inbound partner inquiries or spending months on partner negotiations
Creating manual reports and spreadsheets when AI can deliver better insights faster

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.

Job Requirements
Basic Requirements
Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
At least 2 years of channel sales experience, specifically in sourcing and onboarding new partners (not just managing existing ones)
Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
