Tasks
Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters daily
Qualify and screen leads to ensure quality and intent
Log interactions and update CRM with lead information
Book appointments or follow-ups for our real estate agents
Work closely with the sales team to align strategy and messaging
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets
A fearless and energetic attitude toward cold calling
Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred, but not required
Able to work independently with a proactive mindset
Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work
Benefits
Fixed salary between AED 2,500 – 3,000/month
