Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients


Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Forecast sales projections and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met

Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products or services
Implement and maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools


Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends


Customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills
Ability to establish and master goals, both personal and team-oriented

Visionary approach to sales strategy and team development
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Knowledge of the local market in Madinah and surrounding areas is a plus

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a related industry
