Job description: Main Purpose of Job Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition process within the organization. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing effective recruitment methods, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent. The role involves managing a team, coordinating recruitment efforts, and enhancing the overall recruitment strategy.     Key Responsibilities: • Work with the Director to develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals.• Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.• Improve sourcing strategies to attract top talent.• Implement assessments to evaluate candidates’ capabilities and cultural fit. • Improve the interviews process to have a standard and structured competency-based-interview process.• Contribute to building and promoting the organization's employer brand.• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential candidates.• Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition strategies.• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including key performance indicators.• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to ensure competitiveness.• Manage the Talent Acquisition budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.• Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.   Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience with 5 years in a managerial role.    Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Professional certificates in CIPD, SHRM, CBI.
