Job Description
- Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
- Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory.
- Work across ecosystems and our technology partners to transform customer organizations and build enduring capabilities.
- Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Operate within large teams and Direct specific team sales activities.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding the needs and anticipating them in advance.
- Build and expand business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
- Develop a robust project pipeline and handle account planning, creating, owning and forecasting.
- Complete own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
- Gain access and build relationships with key executives and decision makers.
- Work with account and pursuit teams to architect large, complex capture efforts with teaming partners, staff, and practice leadership at all stages of the capture life cycle.
- Cold calling, prospecting new businesses, and making outbound calls.
- Analyze market drivers and utilize market data to develop and recommend strategies to grow book of business.
- Strategically design a plan to effectively manage the territory to maximize incoming revenue and profits to meet annual quota objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a software Sales specialist .
- Hands on experience with ERPNEXT and HR systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
