This includes recruitment, training, coaching, compensation, benefits, health, safety, and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.responsibilities:work on talent acquisition and recruitment processes conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives provide support to employees in various People & Culture-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise assist in the development and implementation of People & Culture policies undertake tasks around performance management organize quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities ensure compliance with labor regulations administer compensation and benefit plans Requirementsrelevant experience in a similar position for at least 1-3 years previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry OR with a luxury lifestyle brands is preferred excellent verbal, writing, listening and presentation skills self-motivated and creative problem-solver ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
