Job Description
Responsibilities:Oversee the development and implementation of learning and development programs.Collaborate with department managers to assess training needs and identify performance gaps.Design and deliver engaging and effective training courses and materials.Utilize various instructional methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching.Ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms.Monitor training compliance and maintain accurate training records.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in learning management systems and other e-learning platforms.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
