We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Riyadh Team.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates.Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.Manage offer negotiations and guide to hiring managers on compensation packages.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.Stay abreast of industry trends, changes, and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.5 years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Professional English
