Siniora operates advanced factories and continues to evolve, offering a diverse range of products to meet consumer demand.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operations Manager at Siniora Food Industries located in Jeddah. The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient production processes, implementing and maintaining quality standards, managing the workforce, and optimizing production output. The Plant Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the smooth functioning of the plant.Develop, implement, and manage the overall production plan, ensuring it aligns with company strategy and customer needs.Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, quality control, and maintenance.Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, fostering a positive and safety-oriented work environment.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare and manage plant budgets.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExperience in plant operations and managementDemonstrated knowledge of chilled and frozen meat production techniques and regulations is a plus.Knowledge of food production processes and quality standardsAbility to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutionsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
