Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative (24/7 Coverage) – Cairo, Egypt
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representatives to support our U.S.-based operations remotely from Cairo, Egypt. This is a long-term position with stable hours and opportunity for growth.
Location:
Cairo, Egypt (Work-from-home setup or office)
Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
One fixed day off
Coverage required for both day and night shifts (based on assignment)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, messages, and task requests professionally and promptly
- Coordinate service-related activities such as scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
- Run reports and verify information across systems
- Assist with arranging transportation, supply orders, and tracking logistics
- Submit and organize documentation accurately and on time
- Review invoices and maintain task accountability records
