Job Title: Online Co-Host – Guest Communication & Booking Management

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Online Co-Host to support the smooth operation of a short-term rental property. This remote role involves managing guest check-ins/check-outs, handling bookings and inquiries, coordinating with cleaners, and ensuring excellent guest experiences that lead to 5-star reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online check-in and check-out communication with guests
- Manage booking calendar across platforms (Airbnb, etc.)
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, messages, and special requests
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning services between stays
- Monitor property reviews and address guest concerns professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction from booking to post-checkout
- Update pricing, availability, and listings as needed
- Help drive positive guest reviews and ratings
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented
- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental platforms preferred
- Comfortable using booking apps, calendar tools, and messaging platforms (training available)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality or virtual assistant experience is a plus
