Job Description
- Follow up daily with factories to make sure production is on time.
- Plan and manage production schedules based on sales and restock needs.
- Make sure we are always in production - never waiting for stock.
- Track stock levels in:
- Showrooms
- Online store
- Warehouse
- Monitor and manage stock transfers between locations.
- Catch low-stock or out-of-stock items early and take action fast.
- Keep clear records of all inventory and production movement.
- Find and contact new factories when needed.
- Request and manage sample production from different factories.
- Compare sample quality and pricing to choose the best factory to work with.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable factory partners.
- Work with the team to forecast demand and plan ahead.
