Job Description Role Purpose: To Plan, administer, and execute the procurement function in accordance with the approved procurement procedures to deliver the material requested efficiently. Role & Responsibilites: Evaluate and nominate suppliers and contractors to assure capability of quality service. Generate and present reports on the status of payments and materials for management review. Deliver and finalize requests efficiently in terms of time, cost, quality, and MFG lead time to ensure customer satisfaction. Introduce alternative suppliers for production and non-production materials including services suppliers to avoid any delays in getting the materials. Assist Engineering staff to identify sources for technical and non-technical parts, sub-assemblies, and equipment to meet engineering specification, drawings, and/or application. Assist on preparing of business proposal in costing the plan of required materials to finalize it. Job Requirements Qualification: Engineering Degree or significant practical experience within area of work.
