Work location :Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Reception and Sales Associate professionally welcome clients and visitors, deliver an excellent first impression, and focus on closing new memberships and renewals while effectively achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve the monthly sales target for new memberships, renewals, and upselling additional services.
- Greet all visitors warmly and provide a comprehensive introduction to the club’s services and programs.
- Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries professionally, and transfer calls as needed.
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to close memberships.
- Handle customer objections skillfully and persuade them effectively.
- Create member accounts, update personal data, and log all notes into the CRM system.
- Issue invoices, receive payments, and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure marketing materials are available.
- Promote additional services such as car wash, massage, lab testing, in-house products, etc.
- Send daily reports to management covering sales, potential leads, performance updates, and improvement suggestions.
- Follow all club policies and procedures, and respect organizational hierarchy and task assignments.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, trainers, and customer service staff to ensure an excellent client experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fitness clubs or health centers.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of gym services, POS systems, and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with diverse client personalities.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts to cover club hours (6:00 AM to 2:00 AM).
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager and collaborates with the marketing, reception, and customer service teams.
- Attractive commission structure in addition to a basic salary, based on achieving monthly sales targets.
