Job Title: Order Processing StaffLocation: Ras Al KhaimahSalary: Up to AED 3,500Job Code: 001/002/895Industry: FMCG – ManufacturingBenefits: Accommodation, Transportation, FoodJob Brief:Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Staff member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, coordinating with internal teams and international clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in international shipping and logistics, and a high level of accuracy in data handling.Job Responsibilities:Communicate with international clients regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.Coordinate with planners and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.Manage the complete order processing cycle, from entry to shipment and delivery.Prepare and verify documents such as proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales invoices.Maintain and monitor shipment schedules and order status reports to ensure on-time delivery.Update and manage records in ERP systems and prepare periodic reports on order tracking and KPIs.Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch coordination and inventory checks.Ensure compliance with internal processes and external trade regulations for export orders.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Business Administration, or related field).Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in order processing, international shipping, and logistics, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of procurement, planning, import/export documentation, and inventory management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience in using ERP systems (Navision experience is an advantage).Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
