The Role Surbana Jurong is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for our AMEP regions (Africa, Middle East & Pakistan) - a vibrant, strategically important market experiencing a rapid growth and expansion reflective of the opportunities and business potential across Infrastructure & Energy, Buildings & Cities and Integrated Solutions business lines. The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for partnering with the AMEP organization to provide recruitment and talent strategy and related operations, managing the day-to-day delivery of all recruitment and talent activities including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, talent mapping, candidate selection, vendor management and analysis of recruitment metrics. Our physical footprint covers some 20 countries in AMEP with key markets to recruit for including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Namibia and Ghana. This role is accountable for developing and implementing recruitment and talent policies, practices and programs to meet organizational and executive/strategic management needs, including researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic recruitment and talent business issues. Interfacing with other subject matter experts within the broader People & Culture function (e.g. L&D, Total Rewards, People Experience, People Analytics etc.) this role provides recruitment and talent consultancy advice that is aligned with organizational practices, policies and procedures. As an ideal candidate, you will have: 15+ years in the industry, ideally in a specialist Recruitment role within the professional services industryAbility to establish and maintain internal stakeholder relationships with a proven ability to develop and maintain trustStrong track record in driving the Talent Acquisition function in a regional, multi-country setting with a diverse teamHigh level communication skills, including navigating and resolving complex commercial, technical and people mattersIn-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends How to apply All applications must be submitted online.
