PositionJob PurposeThe Dior VIE CRM participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the VIE supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCommunicationThe CRM VIE works in close liaison with all retail teams in the MEA key support in the department with driving Clienteling excellence in all boutiquesCreate and facilitate weekly CRM call & presentation with all retail teamsCollect weekly updates & deadlines from CRM team and relay to retail communicationsTrainingAssist with boutique training materials in clienteling practicesSchedule and participate in regular CRM remote trainings with boutiquesTool Management/ReportingManage internal CRM software to teach and troubleshoot for boutiquesAssist boutique level initiatives including client capture programs, follow-up campaigns, etc.Assist with database troubleshooting (clean-up projects, update correct information, etc.)Support CRM Analyst in exporting data and updating internal files for weekly reportingAd HocConduct research projects as needed, competitor analysis, etc.Compile E-Newsletter results into comprehensive results study for internal KPI analysisAny other tasks assigned from time to timeProfileRequirementsFull-time, 12 Months VIE Program extendable to another 12 MonthsAt least 12 months of prior experienceStrong communications skills both verbal and writtenStrong visual design skillsBackground in luxury retail is preferredProactive follow-through practicesStrong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environmentsMust possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracyProficient analytical capabilities, must be able to learn new applications quicklyStrong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign)Knowledge in Salesforce a plus
