We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our Retainer Team. This role focuses on working with ONYX software to prepare and process intraoral scans for orthodontic retainers. You will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in segmentation, trimming, and STL file preparation. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams (Customer Service, QA, and Production) and adherence to digital workflows and quality standards.
This is a fully remote, night shift position.
Key Responsibilities:
Use ONYX software to:
• Prepare and clean intraoral scans
• Segment teeth accurately
• Perform blocking and define trimlines
• Export finalized STL files for production
• Interpret and process data received from the MES system
• Ensure accuracy and quality of retainer design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CS, QA, and Production
• Adhere to established workflows, timelines, and quality standards
• Communicate clearly in English, both in writing and in virtual team meetings
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Comfortable using digital platforms and task management systems (e.g., MES)
- Previous experience in dental technology or retainer design is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
