Senior Product Manager

OverviewWe're seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager for Presight in developing and enhancing our smart city products and offerings. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll ensure our solutions are intuitive, reliable, and scalable. This role is pivotal involving the design, development, and delivery of smart city products and offerings.The OpportunityThis role will involve collaborating closely with our development team, partners, and clients, decipher specific requirements, translate them into comprehensive solution requirements, and craft technical documents for products and offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies, smart city initiatives, and the capability to deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. This position presents a unique opportunity to spearhead the development of exciting smart city offerings for our customers and to gain invaluable experience in the rapidly growing smart city technology sector. This entails collaborating with diverse teams comprising engineers, designers, partners, and data scientists to delineate product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.Identify, evaluate & recommend suitable technologies, including programming languages, open-source tools, databases, and architectural frameworks for new products.Draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and maintain transparent, consistent communication with all stakeholders.Select product features and improvements based on a synthesis of customer feedback, business impact analysis, and technical feasibility assessments.Uphold high standards of Quality Assurance by supervising rigorous testing and iterative processes, ensuring reliability and exceptional user experience.Manage product roadmaps by creating and maintaining a detailed roadmap with clearly defined milestones and objectives.Design sales & Product / offering collaterals including sales pitch decks, sales playbooks, and competitive battlecards to equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition of our smart city products.Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams in the development of smart city platforms, ensuring ethical considerations are integrated into the design and implementation processes.Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop innovative solutions that address complex urban challenges and enhance quality of life for residents.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive threats, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in data privacy, security, and ethical AI, working closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and protect user rights.Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.QualificationsTo qualify, you must have:Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management (or other related technology degree) or equivalent field experience.12-14 years in product management, with a preference for SaaS, IoT, or ML products.Technical knowledge and experience in IoT products both enterprise grade IoT platforms and open-source platforms.Strong understanding of Smart city technology, including IoT architecture, protocols, and security.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, and network infrastructure.Familiarity with IoT programming languages and software development methodologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goal.Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Expert in creating solution architecture diagrams and sales collaterals etc. What we look for: If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
