An experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Dubai. The role involves managing small business accounts in the telecom sector, selling business telecom services to corporate customers across the UAE, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets and grow the corporate customer base.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored telecom solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present suitable telecom services and products.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals.
  • Track sales performance and report updates on activities, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, technical support, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Address customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Suggest ideas to improve customer experience and boost sales.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, telecom sales, or IT/technology sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage key accounts.

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services, such as VoIP, data services, and cloud communication.
  • Ability to handle customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Self-driven and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Team player who works well with colleagues across departments.

  • Maximum age: 35 years
