POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our social media presence and marketing automation efforts. This role combines creative content strategy with data-driven marketing automation to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer conversion across multiple digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all major platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and engagement opportunities
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
- Engage with followers and build community through authentic interactions and timely responses
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visual and video content
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Identify high-converting personas and build lookalike audiences for targeted campaigns
- Monitor email engagement metrics and identify warm prospects for strategic outreach
- Create and optimize lifecycle nurture email sequences based on persona and deal stage
- Segment contacts by acquisition source and optimize conversion paths
- Analyze lifecycle stage transitions and recommend interventions to improve conversion rates
- Execute persona-based campaign segmentation and industry-specific targeting strategies
- Design targeted nurture sequences to accelerate prospect conversion
- Refine lead scoring models and automation triggers based on performance
Analytics & Optimization
- Track social media ROI and impact on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Analyze metrics and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on content, ad creative, and nurture sequences
- Analyze cross-channel attribution and customer journey optimization
- Monitor competitor activities and identify differentiation opportunities
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
- Proven track record managing social accounts with measurable growth
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Proficiency in social media management and advertising tools
- Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, social media analytics)
- CRM systems and lead management knowledge
- Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Video content creation and editing experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Creative thinking and content strategy development
- Project management skills for multiple campaigns
- Understanding of B2B/B2C marketing funnels and customer lifecycle
