Job Description
Strategy & Innovation
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement emerging digital tools, platforms, and service providers aligned with our marketing objectives.
- Stay ahead of media and technology trends in the Saudi and broader GCC markets.
- Lead pilot projects for new digital concepts, track results, and present business cases for scale-up.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital media buying across search, display, social, retargeting, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
- Ensure campaigns deliver on ROAS, CAC, and growth KPIs.
- Plan and execute A/B testing, budget allocations, and funnel optimization strategies.
Channel & Partner Development
- Build relationships with top-performing marketing vendors in the travel, e-commerce, and mobile domains.
- Act as a subject-matter expert across paid media, social, CRM, and performance channels.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, UX, e-commerce, analytics, and product teams.
- Conceptualize and present ideas clearly through written decks, business cases, and stakeholder discussions.
- Define technical and functional requirements for marketing tools, APIs, CRM integrations, and tracking solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights, formulate recommendations, and iterate strategies.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing performance and customer acquisition impact.
- Collaborate with finance to forecast budgets, media spends, and revenue impact.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in media buying and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliates).
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian culture, market trends, and consumer behavior is mandatory.
- Strong grasp of the digital ecosystem: SEO, CRM, social media, web analytics, e-commerce funnels.
- Experience with marketing automation, tracking pixels, A/B testing, attribution models, and API-based integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and financial modeling abilities.
- Experience working with UX, product, and tech teams to scope and implement digital experiences.
