Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Technical Sales Manager with strong Technical & Sales expertise and a proven track record of end-to-end technical sales leadership. This role demands hands-on ownership of the entire technical saleslifecycle — from identifyingclient needs and designing solutions, to leading technical presentations,resolving engineering challenges, managing proposals, and closing deals.You will be the key contact ofEcoEdgeAI and ALC’s BMS offerings across UAE for all Techno - Commercial queries, collaborating closely with customers,consultants, contractors, and facility managers to deliver tailored, high-valueenergy management and building automation solutions that meet stringent clientrequirements. Key Responsibilities:·       Take fullownership of the technical sales process — from pre-salesengineering, technical solution development, and client consultations, throughto contract negotiation and closure.·       Develop and execute strategicsales plans targeting BMS andAI-powered energy management systems across the UAE.·       Lead technicalpresentations, product demonstrations, proof of concept (PoC), and solutionworkshops with clients andconsultants.·       Conduct detailed technicalevaluations and site surveys totailor solutions aligned with client’s operational and sustainability goals.·       Prepare detailedtechnical proposals, system architecture documents, and BOQs in compliance with ALC and EcoEdgeAI standards.·       Manage RFP andtender responses, ensuringtechnical accuracy and commercial viability.·       Collaborate closely with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customersatisfaction.·       Monitor markettrends, competitor technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.·       Drive business growth by building long-term relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including consultants,contractors, and facility managers.·       Mentor junior sales engineers and contribute to technical training programs for internal teams. Qualifications & Skills:·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, ElectronicsEngineering, or related technical field. MBA or relevantpostgraduate qualification is a plus.·       Minimum 5 yearsof technical sales experience inBMS, building automation, or energy efficiency solutions, with demonstratedsuccess in closing complex,technical deals.·       Deep understanding of building management systems, HVAC controls integration, and energyoptimization technologies.·       Strong ability to translatecomplex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.·       Excellent communication,negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical sales cycles concurrently.·       Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.·       Preferred Certifications:·       Highly Desirable:CEM (Certified Energy Manager), CMVP (Certified Measurement & VerificationProfessional)·       Good to Have:CEA (Certified Energy Auditor), LEED AP, ISO 50001 Lead Auditor, PE(Professional Engineer), or other recognized energy or sustainabilitycertifications.
