Job Description
- Develop and customize Odoo modules and migrate data and code as per requirements.
- Write and demonstrate functional and technical documents, including flowcharts, layouts, and code, ensuring code is clean, readable, and optimized.
- Gather requirements and develop or customize modules accordingly.
- Perform bug fixing, performance optimization, and provide production support.
- Explore new Odoo technologies and upskill by participating in Odoo communities, online forums, or relevant groups.
- Upgrade personal/team knowledge on the latest development tools, programming techniques, cloud services, and modern technical concepts.
- Create technical documentation for Odoo projects to guide future development.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Odoo Development.
- Strong knowledge of JS, CSS, Odoo POS, Odoo Web, and Backend.
- Proficiency in Python and programming concepts.
- Comprehensive understanding of Odoo's basic flows and functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in various modules, including POS, Web, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.
