Role Overview
We're seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to implement and optimize our Asana and HubSpot environment, with particular focus on integration with our LimoAnywhere dispatch system. This role is critical to streamlining our operations and enhancing our customer communication process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Asana for team/project management across our 24/7 dispatch operations
Set up and optimize HubSpot CRM to manage our corporate and travel agency client relationships
Create seamless integration between LimoAnywhere, Asana, and HubSpot
Develop automated workflows for our detailed notification process (pre-ride, during ride, and post-ride communications)
Train our team of 10+ members on effective use of these platforms
Document processes and create standard operating procedures
Explore integration possibilities with Bitrix24 as noted in our system plans
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience implementing and managing Asana and HubSpot environments
Proven experience integrating disparate systems, particularly with industry-specific software
Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow automation
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and integration with CRM systems
Knowledge of transportation/logistics industry preferred
Experience with SLA management and tracking
Strong project management skills with ability to document processes clearly
Excellent communication skills for training team members
Technical Knowledge Required
Asana administration and workflow design
HubSpot CRM setup, pipeline creation, and automation
API integration experience
Understanding of email notification systems
Experience with transportation management systems (LimoAnywhere experience a plus)
Familiarity with Bitrix24 would be advantageous
Job Requirements
Asana expertise: Experience setting up workspaces, projects, tasks, and custom fields tailored to transportation/chauffeur service workflows
HubSpot proficiency: Knowledge of CRM setup, pipeline creation, and contact management specifically for service-based businesses
Integration capabilities: Ability to connect Asana with HubSpot or other CRM
Mailchimp knowledge: Experience integrating email marketing with CRM systems
Data migration skills: Ability to transfer existing data from previous systems into the new environment
Industry Knowledge
Transportation/logistics understanding: Familiarity with chauffeur service operations would be ideal
Project management methodology: Experience with service-based business workflows
Customer journey mapping: Ability to design CRM processes that match your customer acquisition and retention needs

Detail-oriented
Process documentation: Can create training materials for your team of 10+
Change management: Ability to train and support staff during transition
Communication skills: Can translate technical concepts to non-technical team members
