Job Description

We're Hiring: Site Engineer

Audio Technology is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to execute all assigned projects in terms of projects installation, commissioning, starting up and final handover. The incumbent has to achieve customer satisfaction and accomplishment of all projects in quality, timely manner and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed execution plans for projects, divided into clearly defined phases based on agreed timelines. Regularly follow up on progress to ensure timely completion and high client satisfaction.
Execute assigned duties during all project phases, and actively support site technicians by providing necessary resources and addressing operational needs.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively during project execution, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing delays.
Prepare comprehensive reports to support management in evaluating project progress, quality of execution, and performance metrics.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to share and receive essential data and information, fostering collaboration and strong internal relationships.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Develop detailed project execution plans segmented into phases, based on agreed timelines. Monitor progress regularly to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations.
Perform required tasks during all project phases and support site technicians by ensuring the timely provision of necessary resources. This contributes to achieving project targets effectively.
Home Automation Systems: Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining home automation solutions using Crestron and KNX systems. Ability to program and integrate smart home technologies to deliver customized automation experiences.
Audio Video Solutions: Hands-on expertise in implementing comprehensive audio-video solutions including system design, integration, troubleshooting, and support for residential and commercial environments.
Audio Systems: In-depth knowledge and practical experience working with Public Address (PA) systems and professional sound systems. Capable of designing, configuring, and optimizing audio setups for various venues and requirements.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues encountered during execution in an efficient, timely, and effective manner, ensuring smooth and continuous operations.
Prepare comprehensive reports to support the manager in evaluating project progress, quality of execution, and overall performance.
Coordinate and communicate with other departments to exchange data and information, facilitating their operations and fostering positive interdepartmental relationships.
