Job Description
Job Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Country BDM/Head Sales and Sales Support team to contribute the route-to-market strategy for the target customers
· Develop sales plans for by channel/ customers with distributors within the allocated region and meet regularly with the customers to track, monitor and report on the performance against the agreed targets
· Plan and track ROI of trade spends.
· Work closely with customers to identify any product related or sales related issues and provide feedback to the relevant team internally
· Act as the first point of contact for key customers to provide assistance in resolving issues and collecting payments, and follow up with logistics to ensure delivery of products as per the agreed timelines
· Obtain and analyze customer-wise SKUwise sales and inventory levels at distributors and align orders basis budgets.
· Monitor pricing and suggest changes in line with company price positioning policy.
· Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates to ensure the availability of quality products in the market
· Identify, pursue and build robust business relationships with key customers across the allocated region
· Identify and expand NFL’s presence in underserved markets using market intelligence
· Provide specific feedback to the BDM, QIRD and Marketing team on the performance of new and existing product categories or any product related issues that may arise in the region
· Track, monitor and report on actual spend for the allocated region with details of any variances against the allocated regional budget
· Attend regular reviews with the BDM to report actual sales vs allocated targets and highlight any issues that may hinder the achievement of agreed targets
· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor performance and evolving consumer preferences
· Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for the allocated region
· Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

At least 2 years of experience in selling relevant categories/ RMT management, and experience working in the Middle East/KSA preferred.
Ability to manage change.
Experience in handling distributors
Experience in having relevant categories sale/RTM experience preferred.
Fluency in English.
Arabic speaking ability preferred.
Middle East Driving license holder preferred
Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
Location: KSA (Jeddah or Riyadh)
