About the ClientA dynamic burger concept food chain with multiple operational units across Kuwait. Committed to growth and innovation, the company is actively expanding its presence and introducing exciting new food concepts and brands to the market.About the RoleThe Area Manager will lead multi-site store teams to meet their targets, supervise all store and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development areas. The role will also include visual merchandising in assigned stores. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new store openings and store closures for the organization.About YouAn ideal candidate would have the following:High School or Diploma with minimum 7 years in a large store or multi-site experience.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Knowledge of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage or Retail Industry.Experience in collaborating with store managers, line managers, and HR to enhance staff productivity and departmental performance.Experience in conducting daily briefings and Food and Beverage Meetings with restaurant managers.Knowledge to maintain up-to-date restaurant policies and procedures files.
